Responsibilities:
Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals and operational needs.
Oversee the full procurement cycle, from pre-bid proposals to supplier expediting and delivery.
Build and maintain strong vendor relationships, conduct evaluations, and negotiate favorable contracts and terms.
Drive cost-saving initiatives without compromising on quality and timeliness.
Implement and manage inventory control systems to ensure accurate stock levels and efficient stores operations.
Ensure compliance with ethical standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
Monitor procurement performance metrics, supplier compliance, and cost efficiency.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Experience: 10-15 years in senior procurement roles, preferably in soft facilities management or a related industry.
Skills:
Strong negotiation and vendor management expertise.
Proficiency in financial management, ERP systems, and procurement software.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and team-building abilities.
In-depth knowledge of procurement practices and legal requirements in the UAE.
Certification in procurement (e.g., CIPS) is a plus.
Languages: Fluency in English (Arabic proficiency is an advantage).
