Head of Food Commodities Full-time Job

PERSON SPECIFICATIONS:

Proven background of at least 15 years in trading/agro-commodities within the region including Africa markets , with at least 8 of those years in a lead role, managing a team

Should have had lead responsibility for a divisional P&L with growth planning and forecasting experience

Sound knowledge and track record of the food trading, agro-trading business.

Possess high levels of commercial acumen & strategic thinking, leadership abilities, growth mindset, collaborative working, stakeholder management and long-term partnership alignment

Impeccable communication skills in English. Arabic/Turkish languages are highly desirable

Demonstrate a coaching & mentoring style of management
