Job Details

Contribute to setting organizational goals and strategic plans to ensure the achievement of the department's overall organizational goals.

Follow up and supervise the application of internal methodologies designed to monitor business progress, implement key processes, and provide feedback to the direct manager.

Organizing and distributing work, directing subordinates, and coordinating and following up on the implementation of all related daily work.

Develop proposals to improve and develop work and motivate employees and submit them to the direct manager

Providing the necessary support in preparing financial reports according to the periodicity of their submission.

Participate in preparing the department’s budget in coordination with the relevant team members

Reviewing completion rates and evaluating the performance of tasks and employees in the department

Any additional tasks assigned by the department director.

Supervising the preparation of the institution’s budget according to the methodology used to prepare the plan in coordination with the relevant organizational units in the institution

Supervising the preparation of final accounts and financial reports prepared by the department.

Monitoring and preparing disbursement documents and the amendments made to them, in addition to performing monthly reconciliations of the organization’s accounts with the Finance Department’s entries at the specified times.

Supervising the preparation of the salary budget and reviewing the implementation of the budget to ensure the disbursement process.

Communicating and coordinating with the Department of Finance regarding decisions and laws, the distribution of roles, and their optimal application.

Preparing financial studies and presenting constructive proposals to reduce costs and limit spending

Assisting in following up on the Finance Department’s reports, internal and external audit work, and supervising the response to them.

Provide the necessary key analyzes of business activities and plans in an attempt to identify financial risks.

Managing all accounting tasks and systems to ensure their accuracy and coherence

Ensure appropriate internal measures and financial/accounting procedures are maintained
