Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably in mechanical engineering)
Minimum 3-5 yrs Experience in managing fit-out projects for office towers or shopping malls (representing the landlord, not the tenant)
Experience in facility management for office towers or shopping mall
Good Knowledge of building materials, Finishes, and techniques
Proficiency in English (spoken and written). Arabic speakers will be an advantage
Strong knowledge of engineering principles and project management techniques
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to effectively manage and motivate a team
Knowledge of relevant regulations and building codes
Preferably have Qatar Experience
Preferably in Qatar
