Education:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture. Licensed Architect as per relevant Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ).

Experience:

Minimum 25 years in architectural design, with expertise in residential, hospitality, retail, and mixed-use projects.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in freehand sketching and design software (Adobe suite, Autodesk suite, BIM).

Strong knowledge of construction sequences, cost management, and sustainability practices.
