Key Responsibilities
To assist the CHRO in all learning activities and talent management initiatives for the company. This position will be head a team which will be responsible for design, launch and implementation of all learning initiatives across the company..
Design and implement programs that aim to grow organizational capability through employee engagement,recognition,capabilitydevelopment,careerdevelopment,successionplanning, etc.
Develop and deliver training materials, including online courses, instructor-led sessions, and coaching sessions for employees and managers.
Deploy the designation and grade-wise competency framework for the company
Independently design the complete architecture of the L&OD function including processes and flow of the L&OD function and how it's going to contribute to business results.
Consult with business leaders to understand their leadership and management development needs for input and the appropriate sponsorship, engagement and alignment
Manage and evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development programs, measuring the impact on employee performance and the organization's overall success.
valuate and select learning technologies and tools that enhance the learning experience and enable self-directed learning for employees.
