Head Cashiers / Cashiers Full-time Job

• Oversee all cash transactions, including deposits and reconciliations.

• Maintain accuracy and security of all cash funds and registers.

• Resolve customer complaints regarding cash transactions and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Prepare reports and provide cash flow information to management.

• Assist in scheduling and staffing of cashiers.

• Perform opening and closing duties, including balancing registers and securing cash funds.

• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Micros experience at an advanced level.

• Prior experience in retail and cash handling.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to manage people and handle conflict resolution.

• Proficiency in basic math and accounting principles.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
