About the Job:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Guest Services Executive to join the Cluster Airport Services team in Jumeirah Emirates Towers. The main purpose of this role is to provide Airport Meet & Greet for Jumeirah guests. Your key responsibilities will include:

Provide Meet & Greet service to Jumeirah guests at Dubai Airports for seamless arrival and departure assistance.

Ensure effective and efficient guest paging at Jumeirah kiosk/lounge upon guest arrival.

Facilitate guest arrival from Jumeirah kiosk/lounge to their preassigned transportation.

Provide guest cold towel and refreshment at the Jumeirah lounge in Dubai Airport, Terminal 3.

Liaise with all Jumeirah properties transportation team for prompt guest airport pick up.

Assist guests with airline requirement for speedy lost luggage follow up and collection.

Facilitate Jumeirah guest requirements with baggage, airline check in and immigration for a hassle-free departure service.

Must possess extensive knowledge about Jumeirah services and offers.

Answer all queries associated with facilities, products, and services to all members/guests.

Guide, promote and upsell Jumeirah hotel rooms, F&B Outlets, product and services associated with respective for all Jumeirah Group properties where applicable.

Answer phones and use applications as per respective domain to handle bookings, scheduling and billing.

Maintain balanced cash float and ensure accurate reimbursement; and inform Airport Services Duty Managers and Team Leaders of any discrepancies.

Handles accurate Ahlan Services and Al Majlis Lounge guest booking and maintains an up-to-date filling of all related documents.

Handles accurate, effective and timely shift handover.

Communicate and coordinate with Airport Duty Managers and Team Leaders all related operational information and requirements.

Maintain and ensure accurate update of department logbook with guest details and requirements.

Maintain and ensure accurate update of departmental reports; and inform Airport Services Duty Managers and Team Leaders of any discrepancies.

Liaise and communicate with Jumeirah properties in providing current and accurate information to guests.

Maintain an effective and professional communication and relationship with the whole Airport Services team and any other supporting departments.

Any other duties as may reasonably be requested by the management.

About you:

In order to be considered for this role you will have at least two years of working experience in a similar role in a luxury five-star hotel environment.

You will have excellent written and spoken English skills, additional language is advantage. Knowledge of hotel operating systems is a must. Your experience in handling guest requests and exceeding their expectations would be regarded as essential.

Should be able to quickly learn and adapt to a new work environment.
