Key Responsibilities:

Guest Engagement: Welcome guests to the outdoor areas of the hotel with warmth and professionalism, providing assistance and information as required.

Concierge Services: Offer assistance with guest inquiries, including recommendations for nearby attractions, dining options, and recreational activities.

Ambassadorship: Act as a brand ambassador for Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi, showcasing a thorough understanding of hotel facilities, services, and amenities.

Outdoor Area Maintenance: Ensure that outdoor spaces, including poolside areas, gardens, and recreational facilities, are well-maintained and presentable at all times.

Safety and Security: Monitor outdoor areas to ensure the safety and security of guests, promptly addressing any concerns or incidents that may arise.

Event Support: Assist in the coordination and execution of outdoor events and activities, providing logistical support and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Special Requests: Handle special requests and arrangements for guests, such as arranging outdoor dining experiences, private cabanas, or recreational equipment rentals.

Feedback Collection: Proactively seek feedback from guests regarding their outdoor experience, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.

Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other hotel departments, including housekeeping, food and beverage, and recreation, to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Training and Development: Stay updated on hotel policies, procedures, and services through ongoing training and development initiatives.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a guest-facing role within the hospitality industry preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).

Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to guest service.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Knowledge of local attractions, dining options, and recreational activities in Abu Dhabi preferred.
