Primary Responsibilities:

Campaign Planning & Execution: Design and implement comprehensive Google Ad campaigns aligned with moCal's marketing objectives and target audience.

Keyword Mastery: Conduct in-depth keyword research, identify negative keywords, and continuously refine keyword lists for optimal campaign performance.

Compelling Ad Creation: Craft persuasive ad copy that resonates with the target audience, employing A/B testing to optimize click-through rates (CTR).

Bid Management & Optimization: Strategically manage bids, budgets, and ad placements to maximize returns and meet campaign KPIs.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Analyze campaign metrics (impressions, clicks, conversions, etc.) and generate insightful reports to guide data-driven decision-making.

Staying Ahead of the Curve: Stay informed on Google Ads best practices, algorithm updates, and emerging industry trends to proactively adjust campaigns for continued success.

Experience:

1-2 Years: Proven experience in managing successful Google Ads campaigns, demonstrating a track record of achieving positive ROI.

Qualifications:

Required: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field or equivalent combination of experience and certifications.

Preferred: Google Ads Certifications (Search, Display, etc.)

Essential Skills:

Google Ads Expertise: Deep understanding of Google Ads platform, including campaign types (Search, Display, Shopping, Video), ad formats, targeting options, and bidding strategies.

Analytical Mindset: Exceptional data analysis skills to interpret campaign performance and recommend optimizations.

Keyword Research Proficiency: Ability to use tools like Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc. for effective keyword selection and targeting.

Compelling Copywriting: Talent for crafting persuasive ad copy that captures attention and drives action.

Budget Management: Experience in allocating budgets, managing bids, and optimizing campaigns for cost-efficiency.

Proactive & Adaptable: Ability to stay ahead of trends, test new strategies, and adapt campaigns quickly based on results.
