Requirements:

Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Business, or Marketing.

15-20 years of experience in the fire safety and security industry, with at least 5-10 years in a senior leadership role.

Excellent PnL Management skills

Proven experience in business development and consultative selling.

Strong experience in Account Management, building relationships across multiple levels of an organization.

Excellent business acumen, presentation, and project management skills.

Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
