Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and admission to the bar in at least one jurisdiction.

10+ years of legal experience, with significant experience in the blockchain and cryptocurrency industry.

In-depth knowledge of the ongoing changes of the global regulatory frameworks related to cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and financial services.

Good judgment to balance between business growth and manage risks.

Demonstrated strong commercial acumen with the ability to provide practical, business-oriented and sound legal recommendations and solutions.

Proven ability to work with the legal budget to identify and prioritize areas with significant impacts on business.

Proven experience in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management.

Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead, influence, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
