Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in food science, Environmental Health, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in food safety, preferably within the restaurant or hospitality industry.

Certification in food safety (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000) is highly desirable.

Strong knowledge of UAE food safety regulations and standards.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
