Join us as a Food & Beverage Attendant.

You’ll have ambition, talent, and some essential skills. We’re seeking someone passionate about creating great guest experiences for this vital role.

As a Food and Beverage Attendant, you will ensure the highest standards of hospitality and provide courteous service, food, and beverages to guests at the hotel. Your key responsibilities will include the best service to the guests according to standards, billing, messaging, and guest relations. You will have a good knowledge of the hotel's facilities and services and will deliver the information to the guests whenever needed to boost hotel sales.

What We Need From You

The successful candidate must demonstrate that they can effectively work in a multi-tasking environment, be enthusiastic and positive, and have an excellent guest-handling manner. The successful candidate will also ideally have previous experience working in the hospitality industry. You must be flexible with working hours and be a team player. English communication skills are necessary, and experience in the bar will be an asset.

Ideally, you will have at least one year of experience in a similar role with relevant school/college qualifications.
