FM Transition Manager Full-time Job

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business or related field

Minimum of 7 years of experience in Facilities Management, with at least 3 years in a transition management role in a luxury island

Strong knowledge of FM best practices, industry standards, and regulations

Proven experience in managing FM transitions and implementing FM services in new facilities

Excellent project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
