Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Experience: 1--2 years of UAE experience in facility management or engineering, with a focus on building systems maintenance.

Skills:

Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems.

Excellent project management and organizational skills.

Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex technical problems.

Proficiency in computer-aided facility management (CAFM) software.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
