Finance Manager Full-time Job

Responsibilities

Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with regulations and industry best practices.

Prepare and present financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis to senior management and stakeholders.

Analyse financial data and provide insights and recommendations to improve profitability, cash flow, and overall financial performance.

Manage the financial planning process, including long-term strategic planning, annual budgeting, and rolling forecasts.

Oversee accounting and financial reporting activities, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of financial statements and regulatory filings.

Monitor and manage cash flow, liquidity, and investments to optimise returns and minimize risk.

Develop and maintain relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial institutions.

Participate in the development and implementation of investment strategies and initiatives.

Lead and mentor a team, ensuring high-quality work and professional development opportunities.

Uphold company values throughout business practices and utilise sound judgment in decision making.

Any other additional duties as may be required by management based on needs of the business.

Qualifications

Experience of working as an external auditor is a must.

UAE Automotive Industry experience is a must.

Professional qualification CA/ACCA is a must.

A minimum of 5 to 7 years’ experience in in related field.
