Requirements

Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician

Basic knowledge of electrical systems, home automation, and other technical systems

Familiarity with general maintenance procedures and techniques

Skilled in the use of standard tools and equipment

Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail

Physically fit and capable of working in diverse environments

High school diploma or equivalent; certification in HVAC, building services, or a related field is advantageous

Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities

Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team

Strong organizational skills with effective time management

Proficient in using maintenance-related software and tools

Should be available for a trial
