Facility & Maintenance Manager Full-time Job

Requirements:

· 10-12 years of work experience with 5 years and above Managerial

· Bachelor’s degree, preferably Masters Degree

· Experience in Facilities Management, Facilities Engineering or related qualification such as project management, business management or construction management

· Working knowledge of principles and practices of project management and business administration • Working knowledge of financial principles and practices

· Working knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, procurement and contracts • Sound knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations

· Experience in construction, maintenance and all facets of facility operation

· 5 years and above Managerial Experience.

· Solid computer and systems knowledge
