Facilities Engineer Full-time Job

Requirements

Plans, schedules and provides work direction as required for preparation of MEP designs, reports, correspondence, and related data.

Develops, plans and coordinates activities of MEP maintenance work, repair and preventive maintenance, maintenance equipment requirements, and utilization

Responds to emergency requests for MEP repairs in a timely and safe manner keeping the customer informed of the progress; ensure the proper measurement is taken to prevent future incidents

Formulates the basis for an MEP engineering study by providing rationale and MEP requirement forecast.

Initiates detailed MEP work outline and makes decisions as to basic approaches, processes, and/or equipment.

Brings all elements of an MEP project together, ensures that all elements proceed satisfactorily on schedule, and initiates corrective action as required

Provides recommendations for MEP installations or modifications to improve existing facilities and standardization within the MEP field.

Reviews MEP designs and plans to ensure compliance with regulations and standards
