Execution Team Lead Full-time Job

Responsible for complete Execution Activities including but not limited to the following:

Sound Leadership and Technical skills in MV/LV, Protection and Automation Field

Proven record to manage team of internal and external Project Managers, Project Engineers and Design Engineering team

PNL responsible for project results

Responsible for the portfolio related to Retrofit & Upgradation projects, Service contracts, Spare parts.

Assign and manage Field Service staff for large projects including planning and scheduling keeping the productivity on track

Ensure the delivery and accuracy or revenues and other Financial related KPIs on monthly and quarterly basis

Project execution from hand over from Sales till closeout activities based on PM@Siemens methods and guidlines

Ability to handle customer during challenging situations

Monthly reporting of overall project status to internal management

Coordination with internal and external suppliers and factories

NCC recording and managing

Risk evaluation and mitigation plans

Responsible for Team development

Your success is grounded in:

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering

At least 15 years of overall experience with min. 10 years of experience in leadership role

Expert knowledge of protection & automation systems

PM@Siemens C-Category Project Manager. or PMP or IPMA certification is a plus

Experience of project management with P&L responsibility in project execution

Experience in turn-key projects with direct interface to the customer/ public authorities/ subcontractor
