Qualifications

Collaborate with team leadership to determine project prioritization and workflow

Explain engineering drawings, specifications and other technical information to installation crews and other cross functional teams

Supervise and train other technicians and drafters

Standardize naming nomenclature and establish other proper documentation practices

Perform as an individual contributor but with the mindset of how one’s work impacts the entire team

Ability to function in a fast-paced environment, delivering drawings with accuracy and speed
