Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
Kicking off truly memorable guest experiences with the warmest of welcomes
Acknowledging IHG Rewards Club members and returning guests in person
To meet and greet guests, support guest with their queries and assist with information pertaining to Ras Al Khaimah or throuhout UAE
Ensure the drive way is organized and the flow of traffic is systematic
Staying one step of our guests’ needs to anticipate requests and offer tailored recommendations
Paying attention to activities of Valet parkers and guide them accordingly
What We need from you:
Previous experience as a Door Man for 1 year
Communication skills - guests will need to come to you with concerns as well as compliments, so you’ll be easy to talk to
Should be impeccably groomed and presentable.
Ability to work in team
Flexible with the rotating shifts
