Director Partnerships Full-time Job

Requirements:

You have 9+ years of people management experience and a track record as both an IC and a leader within a Partner Management, BD and/or Channel environment

You have experience managing and coaching a large team of ICs, including developing high performers and leaders (managers of managers)

You have the ability to redefine, structure, test, and scale new elements of the Partnership program/organization

You have the ability to build and sponsor department-level cross-functional relationships internally with limited support/escalation

You have a way with words and can manage outbound communications, build/deliver executive presentations, and design campaigns that activate partners.

You are adaptable and comfortable with a fast-paced environment.

You are an ‘owner’, and are comfortable managing complex relationships autonomously and creatively, without much central support

You are polished and can lead c-suite conversations in a structured, professional, and thoughtful manner

You have a strong understanding of the technology landscape - HCM and Payroll tech experience is a plus
