What will I be doing?

Monitor campaign progress and performance metrics, promptly adjusting strategies as needed to ensure objectives are met.

Create compelling and engaging content tailored for online platforms, maintaining brand consistency and resonance with target audiences.

Stay abreast of evolving marketing techniques, trends, and best practices, continuously refining strategies to stay ahead of the curve.

Utilize advanced web analytics tools and Google AdWords to meticulously track and optimize marketing strategies for maximum effectiveness.

Develop comprehensive annual marketing plans and budgets in close collaboration with senior management, aligning initiatives with overarching business goals.

Oversee all aspects of marketing, including social media, websites, digital, and print advertising, ensuring cohesive messaging and brand representation.

Foster collaboration with internal corporate partners to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with broader organizational objectives and values.

Plan and execute targeted Google campaigns for Rooms, Spa, and F&B offerings, leveraging data-driven insights to maximize ROI.

Collaborate synergistically with the Sales team to develop integrated marketing campaigns that drive revenue and foster customer engagement.

Ensures that property is participating in relevant, approved echannels

Regularly audits content, images, and star ratings on OTAs and Meta Search sites, and makes appropriate corrections

Collaborates with property Revenue team to define and execute the OTA merchandising plan(s)

Identifies and executes OTA marketing and merchandising tactics as needed (e.g. Agoda newsletter, Expedia TravelAds, etc.)

Conduct general market research to keep abreast of trends and competitor’s marketing movements

Report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns in line with the predetermined KPIs
