The Director of Food & Beverage Marketing will play a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing the marketing landscape for Madinat Jumeirah’s exquisite culinary experiences. Tasked with curating and executing sophisticated marketing and communication strategies, this role is instrumental in aligning our food and beverage offerings with the esteemed luxury standards and global identity upheld by Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts.

Collaborate with the Directors of F&B and F&B operations teams in developing, executing, and optimising comprehensive marketing and communication strategies that align with the F&B brand positioning of the restaurants and commercial objectives of the F&B department.

Create and manage budgets, forecasts, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness and return on investment (ROI) of marketing and communications initiatives within the F&B marketing department.

Oversee day-to-day external communications for all Madinat Jumeirah restaurants, reporting directly to the Director of Sales & Marketing.

Propose creative ideas and impactful promotional tactics to differentiate the restaurants, aiming to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.

Liaise daily with external PR, social media, and media buying agencies, ensuring the delivery of high-quality campaigns and promotions.

Manage the media and influencer experience program at the restaurants, ensuring the delivery of exceptional experiences.

Coach, mentor, and support the marketing executives at the property level, fostering their growth and enabling their effective participation in all F&B marketing activities.

This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to drive the F&B marketing initiatives, enhance brand reputation, and achieve business goals.

Work closely with the Reservations team to ensure customer journey is seamless and trackable from a digital marketing perspective across multi-channels.

Support content strategies on social media platforms by amplifying hosted media content across various channels.
