We Are Looking For Someone Who Has
Luxury 5* hotel experience in the UAE
A very good knowledge of Food & Beverage commerce and finance including P&L management, ROI, expense and cost control, forecasting and budgeting
A solid track record in maximizing guest satisfaction scores in-line with company expectations, with a passion for high quality of Food and Beverage products, services, and experiences
A strong understanding of F&B Marketing, maximizing content and media channels in-line with a strategic plan
Has highly effective time management skills and delivers on time
Enjoys interacting with people and being part of the team and surrounding community
An engaging, helpful, and trustworthy leadership style, and always upholds professional values, ethics, and integrity
The ability to communicate and write with fluency in English
