Identifies and develops new business opportunities at B2B channel by promoting Distribution product range to new and existing customers – locally and internationally.
Leads account development and relationship management activities to maximize Distribution sales, in line with set business plans
Provides accurate revenue forecasts and drives the team to achieve set revenue targets in line with Division and Group requirements
Develops and implements short and long-term business plans to increase market share and profitability by actively managing financial performance of Distribution Vertical.
Constructs and presents tailored proposals to prospective clients based on their objectives, needs and requirements
Builds and maintain strong relationships with the local authorities in relation to regulatory affairs topics and product registration and distribution of products within the GMG Health portfolio.
Ensures compliance with local rules and regulations in the existing and new markets.
Approaches new businesses with proposals and develops competitive pricing strategies
Manages and maintains sales / customers database
Manages customers’ receivables and cash collections in light of preset financial KPI
Oversees and manages the Sales team to achieve set targets
Works closely with relevant Departments and teams to ensure efficient operations in terms of product availability, delivery and after sales services
Works closely with Marketing team to design required promotion and awareness campaigns for target market / customers
Conducts market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitors' operations on sales
Ensures effective Warehouse management (order management, stock consolidation, movement and transfer, optimum stock utilization, etc.)
Job Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Sciences or relevant field
Master’s degree in Business Administration is preferred
A minimum of 8 -10 years of relevant experience with at least 4 years in a similar role.
Previous Experience handling End to End Distribution Activities of Skincare, Fitness & Nutrition, Skincare would be an added advantage.
Defines goals and key performance indicators for each member of the team and ensure effective implementation of the GMG performance management process
Develops talent within the team by providing guidance, mentoring and coaching to achieve the defined goals
Drives a culture of feedback and coaching in the Department by providing feedback on an ongoing basis, identifying development needs and coaching the employees on the areas of improvement
