We are working with a fast-growing Digital Media Agency based in Dubai, looking to expand its team and hire a Digital & Social Media Manager.
As a Digital & Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and leading the strategy for the client's digital content, managing a team of content creators (written, visual, and video content) and timely posting to the client's personal channels
You will be responsible for growing their online presence by recommending and implementing strategies that attract new followers, increase engagement rates, and elevate the quality of engagements
You will also craft monthly client reports that provide in-depth analysis in terms of brand impact and effectiveness
Overseeing client's landing pages, SEO optimization, and SMM strategies
Conduct a detailed audit of each of the client's digital and social media channels, in addition to the client's online presence on Google, and recommend ways to improve visibility as well as organic engagement
Conceptualize and implement strategies based on industry best practices for each digital and social media channels and top trends across each client industry
Elevate the online brands of each client while working consistently and collaboratively with each department to ascertain topics, angles of approach, methods to best represent content visually, and ways to ensure the client's messages go viral
Lead and advise on PR policies and strategies and stay updated on the latest talking points that will help clients gain additional traction within earned media
Take complete responsibility for timely posting, tracking, and monitoring of posts by establishing and maintaining the content calendar schedule for the client
Identify keywords/hashtags to drive traffic and maximize SEO as well as oversee community management to increase engagement
Take charge of the overall quality of content delivery across all digital and social media channels
Enhance web traffic and customer engagement, including making practical recommendations on how to increase both based on proven paid and unpaid social media strategies and tactics
Contribute to creating as well as implementing strategies for product marketing, improved agency SEO, infographics, campaigns, blogs, websites, social media channels, Web3 spaces, paid ad spends, digital lead generation etc
Develop and present clear data - Analyse and measure the performance of each client's social posts and engagements and find ways to maximize reach and effectiveness
Brainstorm story ideas for client's monthly social and review content to make it more hashtag and SEO-friendly
Ideally, you will have at least 5-7 years experience working in a similar role, be familiar with key issues relating to tech, & AI.
At least five years of paid experience ideating, posting, monitoring and analysing digital marketing media strategies and content
Ability to follow all agency protocols and processes as established by CEO and Director of Operations. pref. worked with a Govt./Semi Govt. client in the UAE. Arabic language will be a plus.
Strong project management experience and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines and assignments
