The Successful Applicant

Proven track record in managing P&L in a healthcare setting.

Extensive experience in both clinical and non-clinical operations.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Familiarity with healthcare regulations in Saudi Arabia or the GCC region is a plus.

Clinical Degree or Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
