Customer Relation Executive Full-time Job

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business or marketing.

At least 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the same industry.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Knowledge of CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
