Job Details

Responds to customers' inquiries, provides them with distinguished services, is familiar with all information, services and procedures, and reduces the referral of customers to the departments concerned with services in the department.

Receiving transactions related to the Land Department and directing customers to the concerned person.

Answers telephone calls, gives information to callers, receives messages, or transfers calls to relevant persons.

Cooperating with the call center employees by providing clear information to customers, both through the call center and through communication channels (call, email, instant chat), in an accurate and rapid manner, which leads to improving and developing the internal performance of the Land Department and its affiliated institutions.

He receives customers through the main reception (information center) and responds to their inquiries and directs them in the correct manner.

It provides personal assistance and full support to customers, especially senior citizens, people of determination, and non-Arabic and English speakers.

It directs customers to where service forms, brochures, and real estate laws are available through the department’s website.

It archives and saves all outgoing and incoming correspondence and transactions for easy reference.
