- Deep understanding of the MENA media landscape and cultural sensitivities.

- Language proficiency: Business proficiency in writing, reading, and speaking in English & Arabic is desired based on regional requirements.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and guide cross-functional teams.

- Experience working in MENA markets and navigating challenging communication landscapes.
