ROLE DEFINITION: Country Partnerships Manager is in charge of implementing and developing commercial and strategic relationships with organisations in accordance with company's overarching objective, strategic goals and strategies.
Also, to take charge of tour operator marketing and B2B relationships and help in driving revenue through the B2B channels.
RESPONSIBILITY AREAS: Partnerships, Agreements, Commercial Deals, B2B Relationship, Tour Operator Marketing.
Manage relationships with organizations to build the brand and the business.
Take charge and manage new projects to create stronger partnerships.
Build the organizational network by through targeted outreach and strong project planning.
Liaise with partners to solve issues, communicate needs and create synergy.
Analyse and report on partner initiatives, forecast for strategic changes and report on key metrics.
Liaise with the sales team to get more insights on developing markets, performing markets and low level markets to understand the penetration and how to implement a strategy for partnerships and B2B operations.
Partner with government organizations on the regional level to increase the brand’s visibility and trust factors.
Negotiate and finalize deals in accordance with company’s contract guidelines and policies.
Deliver a great experience to our partners when working with our organization - you will represent our brand and be our partners’ liaison internally.
Forecast, measure, and report the results of various projects with partners, including co-created and/or co-branded content promotions, lead sharing, and/or event partnerships.
Keep a great ongoing relationships with current partners and offer new ways to grow the partnership
Partnerships Management experience.
Preferred with already existing contacts list in the market and in international market.
Arabic language proficiency is preferred.
