Responsibilities:

Preparation and Baking:

• Preparing the necessary ingredients for cake and pastry recipes.

• Measure, mix, and blend ingredients according to recipes.

• Operate and monitor baking equipment, ovens, and other kitchen tools.

• Monitor baking times and temperatures to ensure optimal results.

• Assist in the creation of new cake and bakery product ideas.

• Responsible for aiding in the creation and/or supervision of cakes and custom cookies/cupcakes for holidays and special events

• Propose to develop new products, update recipes & maintain as required as per the instructions of the management.
