Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' medical history, physical symptoms, and pain patterns

Develop and implement effective treatment plans for pain management, including medication management, therapy, and alternative treatments

Monitor and track patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

Educate patients on pain management techniques, medication usage, and lifestyle modifications

Assist in developing policies and procedures related to pain management

Requirements

Medical degree and specialization in Pain Medicine

Minimum of 5 years of experience in pain management

Strong understanding of chronic pain conditions and treatment options

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work well in a multidisciplinary team

Proven track record of providing compassionate and effective patient care

Willingness to adapt to new treatments and approaches in pain medicine
