Concierge Assistant Manager Full-time Job

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

UAE National as per government requirements.

Highschool diploma or equivalent.

A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a 5-star hotel.

A great sense of morals and ethics.

Excellent command of Arabic and English (written and oral) – Fluency in other languages is an advantage.

Strong knowledge of computer programs such as MS Office, Opera, HotSos, E-Butler/E-Concierge.

Strong listening skills.

Ability to motivate and lead a team.

Ability to work under pressure and remain calm and courteous.
