Job Details

Preparing to conduct the required field visits within the framework of a full understanding of the nature/context of the organization’s work

Educational and relevant aspects are taken into account while reviewing the required documents and information.

Conducting field visits (periodic and/or upon request) as part of compliance, compliance and verification processes, including

Fact finding and making recommendations.

Obtaining the required information, through field inspection and verification of all relevant aspects

Documented in line with requirements of relevant specific processes and tools.

Dealing with all parties concerned with the outcomes of compliance and verification processes.

Decision making/recommending specific deliverables while conducting required field visits by following methods and means

Approved.

Presenting the decisions resulting from compliance visits and making them available to the educational service providers concerned

And all relevant parties, including relevant government agencies.

Do not delay in providing the required information and assist in resolving customer complaints/resolving disputes appropriately.

Analyzing data or information - to determine the foundations, reasons or facts of this information and guide making the required adjustments to the relevant processes or policies.

Preparing compliance reports that specify all details related to compliance and provide appropriate recommendations.

Monitor all advertisements for educational service providers and ensure their compliance with all policies and procedures stipulated in the issued regulations.

Qualifications:

Higher diploma or bachelor’s degree in customer service,
