An opportunity has arisen for a Community Manager to join our team at Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

Primary Point of Contact

Serve as the primary point of contact for Built to Sell unit (BTS) owners and owners committee, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Actively engage with residents, owners, and owners' committees to build rapport, gather feedback, and address any issues or requirements to enhance overall resident satisfaction and community experience.

Resolves Complaints, feedback suggestions from OC/Residents/ tenant

Ensure Move-in and Move-out procedure is in place and process is strictly followed

Sale Purchase Agreement, Special conditions, Master community development, Building management agreement and disclosure statement.

Primary guardian on the above agreements.

Ensure compliance on the applicable clauses with BTS owners, Jumeriah operations team, Dubai holdings project team and relevant stakeholders.

Service Charges – Budgets – Reporting

Collaborate with the finance, legal, REWA to formulate service charges, handle inquiries, and address questions from BTS owners.

Assist with annual budget preparation in coordination with Director of Finance, General Manager, Owners Committee Chairman, and other stakeholders.

Accountable for delivering the necessary monthly reports to BTS owners regarding service charges, including information on projects and planned preventive maintenance (PPM)
