What This Job Involves

Set up and co-ordinate weekly “social events” / cultural programming that help to create a community and execute “Value-Driving” events

Distribute all necessary info to members promote the event including creation and posting of weekly events poster / newsletter and individual event posters. Ensure building-specific operational requirements are met for each event (F&B, AV, etc).

Provide feedback on programming types and evaluate events based on attendance, satisfaction, and impact .

Send contracts + legal documents for all internal member events

Manage the calendar, placing holds + confirmations for all events at Nas House

Sales: Conduct building tours for VIPs or prospective members as needed. Alert appropriate Nas team when a member notifies of any desire to have a Growth related conversation (e.g cross sell into Nas Studios, Nas.io , Nas Travels etc)

Secure local benefits with gyms, hotels, restaurants, water parks etc

Build relationships with local vendors

Member feedback report (Medallia), follow up in person with all members who’ve submitted a bad rating

Support front desk coverage schedule as needed, ensuring there is consistent coverage during business hours.

Curate new member on-boarding materials such as welcome member notes, FAQ guides, etc

Conduct move out interviews to understand the departing members’ overall experience.
