Community Management Advisory Full-time Job

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate for this role will be an experienced professional with at least 10 years of experience, including at least 2 years as a project lead. They will have a strong background in facilities management, particularly in hard services, and ideally some exposure to soft services and community management. The candidate should possess an advanced degree in engineering or a related field and demonstrate high adaptability, with the ability to learn new technical skills and apply knowledge across different contexts.

Experience working within the GCC is essential, along with the flexibility and legal ability to travel within the region. The ideal candidate will have consulting experience, professional certifications (such as FMP, RICS APC, or PMP), and potential for leadership growth. Proficiency in Arabic and a strong professional network are also beneficial for this role
