Requirements

Knowledge and Proficiency:

Proficient in creating new opportunity and sale presentations as directed by the General Manager - assisting in path planning, project management, client relations, budgeting, reporting, and general administration.

Skilled in sourcing and synthesising information from diverse sources.

Proficient in managing partnership packages to ensure delivery of promised print, digital, and social outputs.

Knowledge of all integral systems – Trello, Zoho, Google Drive, Magnet (training provided)

Knowledge of the internal order approval system, key contacts, and paperwork requirements (training provided)

Management of the internal month-end closing process across the group

Proficient in creating post campaign reports and analysis for key accounts within the group.
