Coating/Blasting Machine Operator Full-time Job

Responsibilities

Function as the operator for Prime / Coating / Blasting station.

Perform Prime, Coating (powder / liquid), Blast application as Per the NOV Tuboscope Standard Operating Procedure.

Verify through visual inspection that the pipes are suitable for coating.

Perform necessary qualification test by the use quality control gauges to verify that the pipes meet the SOP.

Inform the Coating Plant Supervisor or his designee if any disturbance or irregularities in the production flow occurs.

Records Daily Production Reports, Quality Assurance/Control Reports, and all necessary Reports regarding operation

Follow all the Company HSEMS, QMS, policies and procedures

Perform other duties that maybe assigned by the Plant Manager or his designee

Experience/Education/Skill-set Required

One to Two years of related experience in similar work environment

Technical Diploma

Training certificates are plus
