Knowledge/Qualification & Experience
Minimum 20 years with a Bachelor’s, 17 years with a Master’s, or 15 years with a PhD in Mechanical Engineering Design or Analysis in an aerospace or military industry
Experience in UAE or Middle East is desirable
Proven experience in a broad spectrum of mechanical engineering development and manufacturing methods and processes
Experience in the application of CAE in the design process.
Experience in the design, analysis, and manufacturing of lightweight and composite structures as related to airborne systems
Experience in design, analysis, and manufacturing of medium and small mechanisms and actuators.
Experience in a leadership or management role with more than 15 reportees is critical
Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering, or other related fields
