What will I be doing?

As a CARELine Runner, you would be responsible for upholding the highest quality standards for the food and beverage (Food and Beverage) operations for a designated outlet, supplying requested items to include guest amenities, housekeeping supplies, foam linen products, rollaway, cribs, etc. or outlets in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Receive orders and serve customer requests completely in a timely manner, including but not limited to serving as a barista or cocktail attendant/bartender, if required.

Understand menu content, any menu changes, and promotional activities.

Manage guest requests in line with company brand standards.

Keep your service area clean, tidy, and well-prepared.

Efficiently manage the proper settlement of all customer accounts.

Answer Guest queries in a polite and helpful manner.

Stocks and inventories supply closets and storage areas.

Clears all landings and hallways of runner supplies and puts them in an appropriate storage area or brings them to CARELine office.

Makes cleans, and inventories rollaways and cribs to prepare for future use.

Report maintenance and hazard issues

Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and all health and safety legislation.
