CAD Planner Full-time Job

About the role:

The role holder is responsible for preparation, maintenance, control and retrieval of CAD drawings, design packages and schematics in support of the organization’s engineering planning function in order to accomplish all CAD architectural & MEP tasks during fit-outs, property unit area validation and O&M (Operation & Maintenance) phase of projects lifecycle.

About you:

Bachelor’s degree in architecture or Diploma in Architecture with sound knowledge of CAD and MEP drawings.

Minimum 5-10 years of experience in Architecture, Urban Planning and CAD functions.

Excellent knowledge of CAD Design techniques.

Good working knowledge of AutoCAD, ideally with exposure to building design and as-built drawings creation, update and archiving.

Good communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure.
