Business Service Manager Full-time Job

Responsibilities:

• Manage the development and delivery of business services to our customers

• Ensure the delivery of our services are in line with customer requirements

• Oversee the development and maintenance of our customer service process and procedures

• Monitor service delivery performance and customer feedback

• Develop and implement initiatives to improve customer service

• Coordinate service activities and resources

• Proactively identify customer service issues and initiate problem solving

• Lead customer service meetings and update status reports

• Provide on-site or remote customer service support

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field

• 5 years of demonstrated experience in customer service

• Working knowledge of business service delivery processes

• Strong business acumen to identify service improvement opportunities

• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and decision making capabilities

• Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships at all levels

• Proven track record of achievement and success
