Business Manager Full-time Job

Key Responsibilities:

Business and Brand Development:

Develop and execute strategic plans for brand development and business growth in the UAE.

Implement and manage marketing and sales strategies to enhance brand visibility and market share.

Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competition to identify opportunities and threats.

Local and International Expansion:

Lead the expansion efforts for the business within the UAE and explore international markets.

Evaluate potential markets, establish partnerships, and oversee the opening of new retail outlets both locally and internationally.

Ensure consistent brand representation across all locations.

Retail Operations:

Oversee the management of the retail stores across the UAE, ensuring optimal performance.

Monitor inventory, sales, and customer service to maintain high standards.

Collaborate with the operations team to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.

Team Leadership:

Manage and lead a team of professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.

Foster a positive work culture and ensure staff are aligned with the company's goals.

Language Skills and Qualifications:

Fluent in Hindi and English.

Preferably holds a Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Possesses a valid UAE driving license.
