Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the migration of SuccessFactors API data to an Azure SQL Server database using Azure Data Factory (ADF), prioritizing data security, scalability, and manageability during the process.

Facilitate a smooth integration between the Azure SQL Server database and Power BI, replacing the current Excel-based data on the dashboard with SQL Server data.

Develop a specialized schema within the central database specifically tailored to recruitment data, enhancing organization and facilitating in-depth analysis.

Explore the potential migration of data to SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) to enable advanced reporting, intricate data modeling, and improved analytical functionalities.



Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field; a master's degree is advantageous.

Demonstrated expertise in data analytics and database management within a multinational company or a similarly intricate environment.

Proficiency in Azure SQL Database and Azure Data Factory, showcasing adeptness in data migration and management.

Advanced skills in Power BI for proficient data visualization and reporting.

Exceptional collaboration and communication abilities, enabling effective teamwork with cross-functional teams, particularly Central Finance.

Previous experience in database schema design and development, indicating a strong foundation in this area.

Familiarity with SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) and the capability to explore advanced reporting functionalities.

Strong problem-solving acumen and meticulous attention to detail in data analysis and management tasks.

Demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
