Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals

Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management

Travel to client meetings and industry events as needed

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

Proven track record of success in business development or sales, preferably in the recruitment industry

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
